The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. It features a large terrace and a separate, private garden with garden furniture, ensuring a comfortable stay, especially for families with children. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a living room with a sofa bed. For our little guests, we have prepared a travel cot, a bathtub, a high chair, and a potty. The fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, and large refrigerator ensures easy meal preparation for the whole family. The apartment also includes an iron and vacuum cleaner. A functional bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, and a clothes dryer will ensure comfort even during longer stays. Also noteworthy is the complete range of accessories and items useful for a seaside holiday, such as deckchairs and a windbreak, which are provided upon request.

Dear Sirs, before departure, please:

1. Waste sorting and disposal from the kitchen and bathroom bins is required. A garbage can is located in front of the building.
2. Washing the dishes or turning on the dishwasher.
3. Remove all items from the refrigerator – please do not leave food in the refrigerator.

The apartment is equipped with, among other things, a Karcher vacuum cleaner, a clothes airer, an iron, a hairdryer, an ironing board, a mop, a kettle, a drip coffee maker, a television, and a screen.
